Sheth Virchand Dhanji Devshi English Medium School (SVDD) is a proud wing of the esteemed Sheth Dhanji Devshi Rashtriya Shala (SDDRS), a distinguished institution with a glorious legacy spanning over a century. Rooted in timeless values and an enduring commitment to educational excellence, SDDRS has shaped generations of responsible citizens.
Established in 1985 with just 37 girl students, SVDD was founded with the vision of providing quality English-medium education to young girls. Responding to the evolving aspirations of society, the school became a co-educational institution in 1999 by admitting its first batch of boys. Today, with a thriving strength of over 3,000 students, SVDD stands as one of Ghatkopar's most trusted and admired educational institutions.

We believe that true education is not about rote learning. Rather, the child must be taught to think independently and freely.
